What is the minimum amount of each order?
We ship in a minimum Gallon presentation, the cost varies according to each product.
Do you accept returns?
The return of products once delivered is not accepted, except for those products that have a problem in their formulation, stability, or contamination in the manufacturing process. In the event that the product presents any problem, Dquim will replace the affected product with one equal to the one requested, never with a different one.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship products nationwide within the continental territory of Ecuador. For shipments to Galapagos, or other countries, special considerations must be made according to the product, load size, production times, etc.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently we only have an office, and we distribute at home in the metropolitan area of Quito, or through delivery services to the rest of the country.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping of products within the city of Quito is free of charge. For the rest of the country, request information from an advisor.
