Chemical Dispersant
This is a chemical dispersant that breaks hydrocarbons into smaller particles. It is a mixture containing non-ionic surfactants to reduce the tension between hydrocarbon sheets and water surfaces. These dispersing agents help bring the hydrocarbon concentration in the water column back to acceptable levels.
Usage Instructions:
Apply DISPER-OIL to the spilled hydrocarbon as soon as possible, as hydrocarbons will lose their dispersing capability over time.
